Who We Are

Dr. John Wason is the owner of Wason Technology and a visiting researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in December 2011. This is in addition to a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 and a double degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in 2006, all from Rensselaer. Dr. John Wason has extensive experience working on advanced multidisciplinary robotics and automation systems, working with universities, Fortune 500 companies, and government. His recent projects have focused on system integration and software development for research systems, with a focus on sensor driven and real-time robotics.
